I only have wonderful things since I got in touch with Nancy Novia. She has been amazing through the years before I moved from New York. She literally went out of her way when it was the craziest time to shop for houses because there was a shortage during Covid and I moved during the pandemic I needed to for health reasons do this. Also she has nailed it every time she has gotten me properties to buy she does my rentals. I have nothing but excellence. She has the most high at ethical work flow. She just gets it done and it doesn’t matter what time yes I have sent her messages at 3 o’clock in the morning mostly cause I can’t sleep, but she’s a wonderful realtor and she’s might go to Girl. I deal with her and I have only great. Great positive feedback from her. She does get her the job done she sells she rents and she gives me what I need when I need it even from helping me to get my children into schools. She had so much knowledge information about activities . I can’t express my gratitude to her because she’s always been my guide and I did not live in Florida or know anything about Florida so she really was my go to Guide and no one else was available, but she really took the time to show me teach me what areas where I would you know look and make everything a little more easy for our transition which my kids now four years forward later, they are the happiest kids. My son is in college. My daughter is going to be a senior and all I have to say was the best thing I ever did with the best agent in town. Nancy is my girl.
